Exchange, Return and Cancellation Policy
At SAROHI, we are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience. Please read the policy carefully before initiating a return, exchange, or cancellation.
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 2-3 days of delivery.
- We offer a quick, no-questions-asked process for all eligible orders.
- All returned items must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- If these conditions are not met or appear tampered with, SAROHI reserves the right to decline the request.
2. Jewelry
- Jewelry items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns are accepted only in case of damage, with a mandatory unboxing video recorded from the moment of opening the package.
- Approved jewelry returns will be refunded as store credit only.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made / made-to-order pieces
- International orders (outside India)
- Used, washed, damaged, or altered items
- Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance events (unless damaged or incorrect)
4. Return Handling Charges
Return requests are subject to a small processing fee:
- India Orders: A 5% deduction will apply at the time of refund.
Note: If you receive the wrong product or an incomplete set, the return/exchange will be processed free of charge.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or product defects, subject to availability.
- If exchanging for a different product:
- If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid.
- If the new item costs less, the balance will be refunded as store credit.
- If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued after applicable deductions.
6. Refund Mode
- All approved returns will be refunded as SAROHI Store Credit only.
- Store Credit will be issued only after a successful quality check.
- Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- Applicable return handling charges will be deducted from the final refund.
7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Visit our website and submit your request by entering your Order ID, mobile number/email, and PIN code.
Our team will assist you with verification and arrange pickup or next steps.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed.
- Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:
- Refund will be issued as store credit.
- Custom-made / made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
9. Important Notes
- Refunds are not issued to the original payment method—store credit only.
- Items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed condition with tags intact.
- Delivery delays during festivals, sale periods, or due to courier issues may occur.
