Exchange, Return and Cancellation Policy

At SAROHI, we are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience. Please read the policy carefully before initiating a return, exchange, or cancellation.

 

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 2-3 days of delivery.
  • We offer a quick, no-questions-asked process for all eligible orders.
  • All returned items must meet the following criteria:
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • If these conditions are not met or appear tampered with, SAROHI reserves the right to decline the request.

 

2. Jewelry

  • Jewelry items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns are accepted only in case of damage, with a mandatory unboxing video recorded from the moment of opening the package.
  • Approved jewelry returns will be refunded as store credit only.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made / made-to-order pieces
  • International orders (outside India)
  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered items
  • Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance events (unless damaged or incorrect)

 

4. Return Handling Charges

Return requests are subject to a small processing fee:

  • India Orders: A 5% deduction will apply at the time of refund.

Note: If you receive the wrong product or an incomplete set, the return/exchange will be processed free of charge.

 

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or product defects, subject to availability.
  • If exchanging for a different product:
  • If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid.
  • If the new item costs less, the balance will be refunded as store credit.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued after applicable deductions.

 

6. Refund Mode

  • All approved returns will be refunded as SAROHI Store Credit only.
  • Store Credit will be issued only after a successful quality check.
  • Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • Applicable return handling charges will be deducted from the final refund.

 

7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery via any of the following options:

Online:

Visit our website and submit your request by entering your Order ID, mobile number/email, and PIN code.

Our team will assist you with verification and arrange pickup or next steps.

 

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed.
  • Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:
  • Refund will be issued as store credit.
  • Custom-made / made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

 

9. Important Notes

  • Refunds are not issued to the original payment method—store credit only.
  • Items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed condition with tags intact.
  • Delivery delays during festivals, sale periods, or due to courier issues may occur.
