At SAROHI, every piece is crafted with care and delivered with precision. Please read our Order & Shipping Policy to ensure a smooth and seamless shopping experience.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
- During high-volume periods (festivals, sales, new launches), processing may take 1–2 extra days.
- After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your purchase details.
- Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation along with tracking information will be shared.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer standard shipping across India.
- Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or logistics restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges vary based on delivery location and order value.
- Free shipping (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout.
- Delivery charges will be applied to orders below ₹3000 at checkout.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for selected pin codes within India.
- Additional COD charges may apply.
- COD orders are shipped only after customer verification.
5. Tracking Your Order
- A tracking link will be shared via SMS/email once your order is shipped.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier portal.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
- SAROHI is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order returns due to wrong address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed.
- Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos or videos of the item
- Unboxing video (highly preferred for faster resolution)
