1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
• During high-volume periods (festivals, sales, new launches), processing may take 1–2 extra days.
• After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your purchase details.
• Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation along with tracking information will be shared.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer standard shipping across India.
• Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or logistics restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges may vary based on delivery location and order value.
• Free shipping (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout.
• Shipping charges will be applied to orders below ₹3000 at checkout.
• All shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for selected pin codes within India.
• Additional COD charges may apply.
• COD orders are shipped only after customer verification.

5. Tracking Your Order

• A tracking link will be shared via SMS/email once your order is shipped.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier portal.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
• SAROHI is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• If an order returns due to wrong address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed.
• Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos or videos of the item
• Unboxing video (highly preferred for faster resolution)

Our team will review the issue and assist you at the earliest.

At SAROHI, we are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience. Please read the policy carefully before initiating a return, exchange, or cancellation.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 2-3 days of delivery.
• We offer a quick, no-questions-asked process for all eligible orders.
• All returned items must meet the following criteria:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• If these conditions are not met or appear tampered with, SAROHI reserves the right to decline the request.
  

2. Jewellery

• Jewellery items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged product received, with a mandatory unboxing video recorded from the moment of opening the package.
• Approved jewellery returns will be refunded as store credit only.
  

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made / made-to-order pieces
• International orders (outside India)
• Used, washed, damaged, or altered items
• Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance events (unless damaged or incorrect)
  

4. Return Handling Charges

Return requests are subject to a small processing fee:

• India Orders: A 5% deduction will apply at the time of refund.

Note: If you receive the wrong product or an incomplete set, the return/exchange will be processed free of charge.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or product defects, subject to availability.
• If exchanging for a different product:
• If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid.
• If the new item costs less, the balance will be refunded as store credit.
• If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued after applicable deductions.

6. Refund Mode

• All approved returns will be refunded as SAROHI Store Credit only.
• Store Credit will be issued only after a successful quality check.
• Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
• Applicable return handling charges will be deducted from the final refund.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed.
• Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:
• Refund will be issued as store credit.
• Custom-made / made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

9. Important Notes

• Refunds are not issued to the original payment method—store credit only.
• Items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed condition with tags intact.
• Delivery delays during festivals, sale periods, or due to courier issues may occur.
